Do-follow link is specially assign to a rel attribute with the help of hyperlink which tells the every search engine bots to follow this link. and just against no-follow link no-follow link says that every search bots this lilnk is not valuable. so that search bot not index link page.
But No-follow links are not useless for the reason that people are not surrounded to nofollow links and if you are able to drop a comment or get involved in a nofollow site or forum then it will help you to carry a large number of visitors. If you want to change any link to No-follow or do follow so use an attribute of ancher tag and you can easily convert to no-follow or Do-follow links.

if rel=”external nofollow” means this blog no follow any externalk link.

Very nice and elaborated post. No-follow links doesn’t have any importance in the eye of search engines but it will be beneficial for the online presence. Do-follow links have the same, search engines follows it as well as helps to increase online presence.

As a working Both attributes are same work. bt if you are using rel=”external nofollow” means this tag open a link in a new window instead of same window. beneficial sort of works like using target=_blank for a link other hand rel=”external nofollow”, blocks all Source of link juice and simply open the link in a new window.
